As the Founder and Director of Burundi Elderly Home Care (BEHC), Rubashamuheto Jesus-Marie provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization's mission to improve the lives of elderly people across Burundi. He is responsible for guiding the organization's vision, developing programs, building partnerships, mobilizing resources, and advocating for the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of older persons.
