WHO WE ARE ?

Burundi Elderly Home Care (BEHC) is a non-profit, community-based organization registered by the Ministry of  Interior, Community Development And Public Security of BURUNDI
Reg. No 530/1030 dedicated to improving the quality of life of vulnerable older persons in Burundi through outreach services, psychosocial support, healthcare referrals, advocacy, and humanitarian assistance.

Founded with the vision of restoring hope, health, and dignity to elderly citizens, BEHC works primarily with disadvantaged communities, particularly those affected by poverty, isolation, disability, and limited access to essential services. Since its inception, the organization has directly supported two hundred and fifty-seven elders’ beneficiaries through community outreach programs in Burundi
